At Ôlin, chiropractic is practised by professionals with five years of university training, in programmes accredited by the European Council on Chiropractic Education (ECCE), the European body that guarantees the quality of training and is part of an international accreditation network.
Training focused on an in-depth study of the human body —anatomy, the neuromuscular system, biomechanics and movement— at the service of your wellbeing and of helping your body work better.
Although chiropractic is not yet officially recognised as a health profession in Spain, our team follows the same training standards as in countries where it is regulated, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, France and Portugal.

How much does the first visit cost?
The first visit costs €80 and includes a conversation about your habits and goals, a full assessment (mobility, strength, balance and posture) and your first chiropractic session. We then study your case calmly and, at a second appointment, explain the results and your personalised plan, with a clear number of sessions and price. No commitment.
What happens at the first visit?
We listen to you (your routine, your work, what you would like to do easily again), carry out a full assessment —mobility, strength and balance tests, plus a digital postural analysis— and, if everything is right for you, we do your first adjustment session, gentle and adapted. We explain every step calmly.
Is it gentle? Is it suitable over 60?
Yes. We adapt every adjustment to your age, your body and your comfort level, and always after a prior assessment. Many of the people who visit us are between 40 and 70.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. After the first visit we study your case and, at a second appointment, explain your personalised plan: number of sessions, frequency and price. You decide in your own time.
Do I need a medical referral?
No, you can book directly. Chiropractic at Ôlin is wellness-oriented care and does not replace medical care: if during the assessment we see that you should see your doctor, we will tell you.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that let you move easily. You don’t need to bring anything else.
